Your inventory, run by AI
Finished products and raw materials tracked in real time, stock entries by photo, alerts before you run out. And for everything else, one sentence to Gillia is enough.
Less manual data entry. Your inventory practically manages itself
A quick photo on your phone, and Gillia does the reading for you : SKUs, quantities, even handwriting on a delivery note that isn't always tidy. She doesn't just tell you what she sees : she compares, flags, and acts when needed.
Everything you need to run your inventory
A complete foundation to track, value, and restock your inventory, without turning the page into a technical spec sheet.

Tasks that run on their own, without you thinking about it.
You can sense a product line is underperforming without knowing exactly which one — and cash sitting idle in a storeroom that no one notices. Rather than eyeballing it or waiting for the next stocktake, one question is enough to turn that gut feeling into a usable number. Found a check worth watching on your stock ? Pin it. Gillia runs it continuously, so you never have to think about it again.

Frequently asked questions
What business owners ask most often about Gillia's inventory management.
Inventory management is one of the modules available on every Gillia plan. The capabilities included per plan are detailed on the Pricing page.
Take a photo of your delivery note on arrival : Gillia reads the items, checks quantities against your order, and updates stock in seconds, with no re-keying.
Yes. You don't have to migrate: Gillia connects to your accounting (Pennylane, Sage, QuickBooks, Xero…) and your AI assistant, and offers an integration API. Connectors for existing POS software are coming: they are available at Chift, but not plugged into Gillia yet.
No, the catalog of items and raw materials is not capped. Only AI usage (analysis, order suggestions) depends on your plan's token allowance.
You link each finished product to its raw materials just once. After that, each time you produce a finished product, Gillia automatically deducts the corresponding quantities. For made-to-order preparations (pizzerias, salad bars, poke bowls), you can choose to deduct at every sale. Either way, your real ingredient cost is always up to date.
You set a threshold per item, or let Gillia estimate it based on your real sales pace. She alerts you before you run out and can prepare the corresponding supplier order.
Yes : inventory management is one of Gillia's capabilities. Gillia also runs your online store, your bookings, and your customer loyalty — with the same data, in the same place.
