This policy explains how CORE 2 collects, uses and protects the data processed in connection with the site and the Gillia solution.

This site is operated by CORE 2. The terms “We”, “Our” and “Us” refer to CORE 2.
We ask every registered user or subscriber to provide us with certain personal information (“personal data”: surname, first name, email address, postal address, etc.) so that we are able to identify them, offer them personalized services and constantly improve the relevance of our content.
This personal data is intended exclusively for our services and will under no circumstances be passed on to third parties for advertising and promotional purposes.
We will be required to pass this data on to some of our technical service providers, in the case of services developed jointly with them, so that they can ensure that those services operate properly. We guarantee users that any processing of personal data on our site is subject to Law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, data files and civil liberties (the “Informatique et Libertés” law): Pursuant to Article 16 of this law, the collection of personal data excludes any data relating to morals, religious or trade union beliefs or affiliation, or political opinions. We undertake to take all precautions to protect this personal data in order to preserve its security and in particular to prevent it from being distorted or disclosed to unauthorized third parties. To this end, this personal data is stored in secure areas that are inaccessible to the public. Pursuant to Article 34 of this “Informatique et Libertés” law, the registered user or subscriber may at any time access the “My account” section online to view, modify or delete their access codes and personal information. Access to this section is protected by access codes (username and password). These access codes are personal and confidential; the registered user or subscriber is solely responsible for them and undertakes to take all precautions not to disclose them. On the registration form, the registered user or Subscriber is clearly informed whether their answers are optional or mandatory: Mandatory information is marked with a distinctive sign – an asterisk (*).
In order to be able to offer users personalized services, we use cookies that allow us to carry out a certain amount of tracking of their browsing. A cookie is a small file sent to the user’s browser and stored on the hard drive of their computer. Some of our personalized services require the user to accept cookies. If the browser is configured to refuse them, access to these services may be impaired. The cookies used on our site allow us to identify the services and sections that the user has visited, and more generally your visiting behavior. This information is useful to us in order to better personalize our services, content, promotional offers and banners that appear on our site.
