Full visibility into your inventory.

You can tell one section of the store isn't selling, but not which one. Meanwhile, cash sits idle in a stockroom and nobody notices. Pin the indicators that matter: they stay up to date on your dashboard, so you track hard numbers instead of guessing.

Frequently asked questions

The questions business owners ask most often about Gillia's inventory management.

Yes. Inventory management is one of the capabilities available on every Gillia plan. See the Pricing page for what each plan includes.

Take a photo of your delivery note when it arrives: Gillia reads the items, checks quantities against your order and updates stock in seconds, with no re-keying.

Yes. You don't have to switch: Gillia connects to your accounting software (Pennylane, Sage, QuickBooks, Xero…) and your AI assistant, and offers an integration API. Connectors for existing POS software are on the way: they're available through Chift but not yet connected to Gillia.

No. There's no cap on the number of items and raw materials in your catalog. Only AI usage (analysis, order suggestions) depends on your plan's token allowance.

You link each finished product to its raw materials just once. After that, each time you make a finished product, Gillia automatically deducts the matching quantities. For made-to-order items (pizzerias, salad bars, poke bowls), you can choose to deduct them with every sale instead. Either way, your true material cost is always up to date.

You set a threshold for each item, or let Gillia estimate it from your actual sales pace. Gillia alerts you before you run out and can prepare the matching supplier order.

Yes. Inventory management is one of Gillia's capabilities. Gillia also runs your POS, your online store, your bookings, your customer loyalty and your quotes and invoices, all with the same data, in one place.
